We at the Law Office of Ricci and Sprouls
PC can help you with immigration procedures
related to the matters outlined below:
::
DEPORTATION
DEFENSE
We focus our practice on representing persons who
are facing deportation before the Immigration Court.
We pursue every conceivable defense and waiver to
prevent deportation and to keep families intact.
::
DEPORTATION DEFENSE for PERSONS with CRIMINAL
CONVICTIONS
Before pursuing the INS court defense, we will analyze
the nature of the conviction that forms the basis
of the deportation charge.
We will analyze if there is any avenue to modify,
vacate or alter the criminal convictions.
We focus on the adequacy of the prior criminal defense
representation in terms of advise regarding deportation,
we analyze the availability of any criminal defenses
that were not explored and whether or not the court
adequately advised the defendant of the awful consequences
of deportation.
We have a proven track record in vacating and altering
convictions and thereby removing the grounds of deportation.
::
DEPORTATION DEFENSE for PERSONS in INS CUSTODY
We will, initially,
do everything to secure release from INS custody through
a reasonable bond.
